TEIDE NATIONAL PARK – VULCANO TOUR

The majestic Teide volcano, which dominates the island of Tenerife, is the highest peak in Spain and one of the most attractive for visitors. But the national park is much more than Teide. It is a unique and constantly changing natural space.

During the tour, you will be able to see different kinds of plants and a large variety of landscapes, until we reach the interior of the crater at the base of Teide, which has a 75 km circumference. We will visit the famous Roques de García and the spectacular Llano de Ucanca, lava rivers and an endless variety of natural curiosities which exist in the park. Visit this unique place and explore the volcanic roots of Tenerife. The tour is finished by the cable car ride on the top of the volcano in more than 3.500m above sea level.

SEA KAYAK DOLPHIN SAFARI OR STAND UP PADDLE DOLPHIN SAFARI

Extreme Center SUP (Stand Up Paddle) or kayak offer for groups special courses, where you will enjoy watching whales and dolphins with Extrem Center Tenerife. They will first initiate you in Stand Up Paddle for one hour where you will learn about:
* the material to know, the ocean and the weather (to be able to analyze and choose the navigation area correctly, how the wind acts,…)
* security (difficult conditions, currents, swimmers and boats)
* SUP or KAYAK TECHNIQUES (finding the balance shaft, playing with the center of gravity, position, paddling technique, turns, how to take to advantage of waves when navigating,of the breeze for comfortable paddling, …)

After getting used to the basic aspects of this sport, you will make a 1 hour crossing with an instructor where you will travel along the southern Tenerife coast visiting whales and dolphins a few meters far from you.

TRIP TO LA LAGUNA AND WALKING TOUR

La Laguna is widely considered to be the most beautiful town in Tenerife. An easy 1/2day trip from Santa Cruz, the historic town centre is a gem, with narrow poker-straight streets flanked by pastel-hued historic mansions, inviting bars, and idiosyncratic small shops. Its layout provided the model for many colonial towns in the Americas and, in 1999, La Laguna was added to the Unesco list of World Heritage sites. The town has a youthful energy and possibly the island’s most determined marcha (nightlife).
